Rich Morin, President of Kara Elizabeth HomesSpanning a career of over 15 years in the homebuilding industry, Rich Morin takes a personal pride in each home that he builds. Rich grew up in Lincoln, Rhode Island and attended Moses Brown School. He went on to attend New England College graduating Cum Laude. Rich now lives in Saunderstown, Rhode Island with his wife and 2 daughters. Kara Elizabeth Homes was formed to build high quality, energy efficient homes for the discriminating buyer, whatever their price range. Our homes consistently meet a 4½ to 5 Star Energy Rating. This has been achieved through Rich Morin's extensive experience in building energy efficient homes in colder climates such as Vermont. His homes have been recognized by his peers in the building industry by winning over 8 awards in the Better Homes Awards run by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont. Kara Elizabeth Homes is currently building a custom home for sale in the Potters Farm neighborhood in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Kara Elizabeth Homes also continues to build custom homes for the discriminating buyer on their own lots in both the Rhode Island and Vermont marketplace. Kara Elizabeth Homes is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Rhode Island Builders Association, and The Home Buildersand Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont. Rich Morin has been actively involved in all of the above-mentioned organizations and has served in a variety of capacities on a national basis with the National Association of Homebuilders. Those accomplishments include being a Life Director, serving on the National Executive Committee and being National Build Pac Chairman. Rich is currently serving as National Chairman of the Single Family Small Volume Production Builders and will be chairing the National Custom Builders Committee next year. |
